Designation: Executive - Finance & Accounts

Specialisation : Receivables

Duties/Responsibilities:

• To pass the necessary receipt entries in ERP based on the Bank statement and ensuring it’s up to date.

• To follow-up with the clients before the due dates for the payments and ensure proper ageing maintained

• To follow-up on the suspense entries and to vouch on its properly accounted and adjusted in the books of accounts.

• To Process all the claims on time and to share the credit notes to the respective sales team/customer on time.

• Reconcile customer ledgers and ensure as per the SOA and obtain periodical balance confirmations

• Weekly outstanding ageing reports to be shared to the sales team and follow-up on remarks and payments

• Monthly, Half yearly and yearly closing of books of accounts on time along with balance confirmations from all the customers

Qualification: - Graduate in Finance & Accounts

Experience:- 6 months to 3 years
