Job Description
The Petrol Pump Executive is responsible for safe and accurate dispensing of fuel, delivering excellent customer service, and following BSS & SOP at all times. The role includes attending customers courteously, promoting fuels and value-added services, maintaining forecourt safety and cleanliness, handling basic cash or POS transactions as assigned, identifying and reporting unsafe acts or NMPI, and supporting site targets and smooth shift operations.
