Production Manager

Managing daily manufacturing/production, ensuring targets, quality, and timelines are met by planning schedules, coordinating staff and resources, troubleshooting issues, controlling budgets, and ensuring safety/compliance, bridging operations with management to optimize efficiency from concept to delivery. 

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Oversight: Oversee daily tasks, manage workflows, assign duties, and ensure targets are hit.
• Planning & Scheduling: Develop production plans, schedules, and workflows for timely delivery.
• Team Management: Supervise, train, motivate, and evaluate production staff; handle hiring/firing.
• Quality & Safety: Implement quality control, conduct checks, enforce safety, and ensure compliance (cGMP, regulations).
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues like material shortages, equipment malfunctions, and bottlenecks.
• Budget & Resources: Manage production budgets, monitor spending, and coordinate with procurement for materials.
• Reporting & Improvement: Analyze data, generate reports, and develop plans to improve productivity and processes.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with engineering, quality control, sales, and other departments.
