Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:Perform in-process and final inspection of machined / forged components
- Handle quality tools like Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, etc.
- Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI)
- Prepare and maintain quality documents (PPAP, Control Plan, Inspection Reports)
- Root Cause Analysis using 7QC tools, 8D, Why-Why Analysis
- Customer complaint handling and corrective actions
- Ensure adherence to ISO standards
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for quality improvement
- Monitor rejection, rework & PPM levels
- Required Skills:Knowledge of GD&T
- Good understanding of drawings
- Experience in CNC / Forging manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong problem-solving skills
