Job Title: Line Inspector (Quality)

Qualification: Diploma / ITI Mechanical

Experience: 1–3 Years

Job Role:

Responsible for in-process inspection of parts to ensure quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform in-process inspection during production
• Verify parts as per drawings, tolerances & GD&T
• Use measuring instruments like Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge
• Identify and segregate rejected parts
• Maintain inspection reports and quality records
• Ensure adherence to QMS standards
• Report quality issues and support corrective actions

Key Skills:

• Knowledge of engineering drawings & GD&T
• Understanding of measurement tools and inspection methods
• Basic knowledge of Cp, Cpk
• Good observation and problem-solving skills
• Basic MS Excel knowledge
