Job Description

Job Summary:The Digital Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving online sales, increasing brand visibility, and generating qualified leads through various digital marketing channels. The role combines creative digital campaigns with strategic planning to achieve business goals and support customer acquisition.

  • Key Responsibilities:Digital Marketing:Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
  • Manage company social media profiles (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) and content calendar.
  • Create engaging content, graphics, and videos tailored to the digital platforms.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide actionable insights and reports.
  • Sales and Lead Generation:Develop and execute strategies for lead generation through Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Manage CRM systems and maintain a pipeline of leads and follow-ups.
  • Respond promptly to online inquiries, convert leads into opportunities, and support the sales team with digital tools.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships via online meetings, email, and messaging platforms.
  • Website and SEO Management:Oversee website updates, content optimization, and UX enhancements.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search engine rankings.
  • Track and report website performance using Google Analytics and similar tools.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis:Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Identify new digital tools and platforms for marketing and automation.
  • Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or digital sales.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and CRM systems.
  • Strong knowledge of social media marketing, email campaigns, and lead generation strategies.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Graphic design or video editing knowledge is a plus (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).

Salary: As per industry standardsWorking Hours: Full-time, Monday to Saturday (as applicable)
