Key Skills Required:

• Must be able to make continuous procurement calls to follow up on material requirements, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Must have strong vendor coordination skills – including negotiating rates, following up on dispatches, and tracking delivery status.
• Should be able to prepare and maintain purchase orders, GRNs, and vendor records accurately.
• Must know basic Excel for updating purchase tracking sheets.
• Must be proactive, reliable, and able to follow up without reminders.
• Should understand basic materials used in furniture factories like plywood, laminates, hardware, adhesives, etc.
