Shift Supervisor

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for managing site operations during the assigned shift, ensuring safe fuel handling, strict BSS & SOP compliance, smooth customer service, and achievement of sales targets. The role includes supervising CSAs, managing cash and shift handovers, handling customer issues, monitoring safety risks (NMPI), coordinating with vendors, maintaining site discipline, and supporting the Site Manager in daily operations, people management, and reporting.
