Telemarketer

Role Overview

The Telecaller will be responsible for outbound calling, lead generation, customer coordination, and supporting the sales team with accurate communication and follow-ups.

1. Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Clearly explain company products and services.
• Generate leads and route them to the sales team.
• Maintain customer information and update CRM/Excel sheets.
• Handle customer inquiries with clarity and politeness.
• Perform follow-ups to convert prospects into customers.
• Prepare daily and weekly call reports.
• Follow call scripts and company communication standards.

2. Skills & Language Requirements

• Good Hindi (Fluent speaking).
• Good English (fluent speaking).
• Strong Regional Language skills (Kannada preferred).
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, WhatsApp Business, Email).
• Confident and polite telephone etiquette.

3. Eligibility

• Male candidates only.
• Any Degree.
• Freshers eligible.
• Must be willing to work from office.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
