Civil Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Site Civil Engineer to manage and supervise excavation, earthmoving, and site development works. The candidate will be responsible for planning site activities, handling machinery operations, ensuring safety, and completing projects efficiently within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise excavation, earthwork, leveling, trenching, and backfilling activities.
• Plan and execute site work as per drawings and project requirements.
• Operate and manage heavy machinery work (JCB, excavators, dumpers, etc.).
• Take site measurements and calculate quantities (earthwork, cutting, filling).
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
• Ensure proper utilization of labor, materials, and equipment.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and supervisors.
• Ensure safety standards and proper site practices are followed.
• Handle site challenges like soil conditions, drainage, and leveling issues.
• Check line, level, and alignment of work regularly. 

Qualifications:

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering
• 4–5 years experience

Skills:

• Basic knowledge of earthwork and leveling
• Ability to read drawings
• Good communication and site handling

Salary:

• ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
