PRO Telecalling

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented PRO Telecaller to manage outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and maintain strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a basic understanding of sales processes.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about products/services
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
• Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for campaigns
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends
• Required Skills & Qualifications1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support
• Strong verbal communication skills in English and local language(s)
• Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
• Ability to convince and negotiate effectively
• Good listening and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
