Job Overview:We are looking for a dedicated and well-spoken Customer Care Executive to join our team in Chola. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive timely assistance and accurate information regarding our products and services.

• Key Responsibilities:Customer Interaction: Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
• Product Knowledge: Explain the features and benefits of our solar products (panels, inverters, batteries) to potential clients.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer complaints or technical issues efficiently.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales leads in MS Excel or CRM.
• Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
