IT Coordinator

Job Summary: The IT In-charge is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of systems, networks, and software. The role includes providing technical support to staff on IT systems and monitor IT team for good performance.

Qualifications:

·Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science or related field

·5 years of experience in IT support or administration

Preferred: Knowledge of cloud services and data backup solutions

Reporting Office: Bulandshahar / Sikandrabad

Salary : Rs. 25-30 KPM or as per capabilities & experience

Key Responsibilities :

1. IT Infrastructure Management

·Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, and IT equipment

·Ensure & Monitor system performance and upgrade when required

2. Network Management

·Ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity

·Troubleshoot network-related issues

3. Data Security & Backup

·Implement data protection and security measures

·Perform regular data backups

4. Software & Application Support

·Manage Sales Staff Tracking System and other business systems applicable

·Provide technical support to employees

5. Troubleshooting & Maintenance

·Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues

·Perform regular system maintenance

6. Vendor Coordination

·Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers

·Procure IT equipment as needed

7. User Support & Training

·Monitor and support IT team for good performance 

·Provide training to staff on IT systems and tools

8. IT Asset Management

·Maintain inventory of IT equipment and licenses

·Prepare IT reports and system documentation

·Maintain records of issues and resolutions

Required Skills :

·Strong knowledge of computer hardware and networking

·Basic knowledge of cyber-security practices

·Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

·Good communication and coordination abilities
