Retail Sales Executive

Job Summary

:We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maximizing sales, and ensuring the store is well-organized and presentable at all times. You will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience and driving revenue growth through product knowledge and sales skills.

• Key Responsibilities
• :Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, promotions, and company policies.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns efficiently.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Ensure the store is clean, well-stocked, and merchandised according to brand standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.
• Participate in promotional activities and in-store events.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.
• Qualifications & Skills
• :High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Positive attitude, outgoing personality, and a passion for sales.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as needed.
