Senior Accountant

Our Company is into Mining and infrastructure sector and currently we are looking for a Senior accountant for our Paschim Burdwan office. He will be handling a team of 6-8 junior accounts and will be In-charge of overall accounts of the Company.

The role involves the below work:

(1)   Advanced knowledge of Tally Prime.

(2)   Daily book keeping and accounting entries postings.

(3)   TDS and TCS data reconciliations and preparation of monthly data for filing.

(4)   Monthly GST reconciliations and filings. Preparation of data for GSTR-1 & 3B filing. Reconciliation of GSTR 2B inputs.

(5)   Payroll management. Statutory compliances such as PF, ESI and professional tax.

(6)   Finalization of books of accounts for statutory audit.

(7)   Vendor management.

(8)   MIS reporting and preparation of reports for management review and discussions.

(9)   Should be able to manage a team of 5-6 junior accountants and be able to train & mentor them

(10)Candidate should have knowledge of applicable laws such as accounting, income tax, GST and Company Law

(11)Candidate should be proficient in MS office especially word and excel.

(12)Candidate should be minimum of 35 years of age and have atleast 5-10 years of work experience.
