Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Product Promotion & Detailing: Delivering detailed, scientific presentations to doctors to inform them about new products, benefits, ingredients, and potential side effects.
• Sales Generation: Meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets by encouraging doctors to prescribe specific medications and ensuring product availability at retailers/stockists.
• Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, professional, and ethical relationships with doctors, clinics, and hospitals to foster loyalty.
• Market Intelligence & Feedback: Acting as the "eyes and ears" of the company by gathering market insights, monitoring competitor activity, and collecting feedback to improve marketing strategies.
• Educational Support: Organizing seminars, conferences, and workshops to update healthcare professionals on latest medical innovations and products.
• Compliance & Reporting: Adhering to legal and ethical guidelines in all interactions, while maintaining accurate records of visits, sales, and sample distribution.
