Job Title: Accounting & Taxation Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for an Accounting & Taxation Executive who is proficient in accounting software, can accurately file GSTR returns, and manage financial records. If you have strong experience in accounting and taxation, and are capable of handling GST filings, you are the ideal candidate for this role!

Key Responsibilities:

• Record daily transactions using accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.).
• Timely and accurate filing of GSTR returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).
• Ensure GST compliance and maintain proper documentation.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform regular financial reconciliation.
• Resolve taxation-related queries and provide necessary support.
• Provide required documentation and reports to auditors.
• Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting and taxation.
• Knowledge of accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar.
• Strong understanding of GST regulations and experience with GSTR return filings.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic financial analysis.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of TDS, Income Tax returns, and other indirect tax filings.
• Certification in GST or Taxation will be a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
