Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our TVS Two-Wheeler sales operations in Biaora. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the sales team, developing local market strategies, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the two-wheeler sales team
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the company
  • Plan and execute local sales & marketing activities in Biaora and nearby areas
  • Handle showroom sales operations and customer walk-ins
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, financiers, and insurance partners
  • Monitor daily sales performance and prepare sales reports
  • Train, motivate, and guide sales executives for better productivity
  • Ensure proper display, stock management, and test ride availability
  • Coordinate with service and accounts teams for smooth operations
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Eligibility CriteriaEducation: Graduate / MBA (Preferred)
  • Experience:

  • Minimum 2–5 years experience in automobile two-wheeler sales
  • Prior experience as Sales Manager / Team Leader preferred
  • Industry: Two-Wheeler / Automobile dealership
  • Required SkillsStrong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
  • Good knowledge of finance, insurance & exchange processes
  • Market understanding of Biaora and nearby regions
