🔹 Position: Sales Manager – TVS Showroom

• Job Role & ResponsibilitiesLead and manage overall sales operations of the TVS showroom
• Plan and execute monthly & yearly sales targets for TVS two-wheelers
• Handle, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals
• Monitor daily sales activities including enquiries, bookings & vehicle deliveries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and corporate clients
• Coordinate with the marketing team for TVS promotions, events & campaigns
• Prepare daily/monthly sales reports and present performance analysis to management
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and uphold TVS brand standards
• QualificationGraduate (Any Stream)
• ExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience in automobile or related sales field
• Preference given to candidates with two-wheeler / TVS showroom experience
• Skills RequiredStrong computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, billing & dealership software)
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Sales planning, forecasting & target achievement
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Strong problem-solving & decision-making ability
• Preferred CandidateExperience in two-wheeler / automobile showroom sales
• Result-oriented and customer-focused mindset
