AM/DM - Maintenance Press Shop

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Analysing daily/weekly shortages and plan action accordingly.
People management.
Responsible for material to dispatch to other sectors.
Responsible to handle independent manpower in all shifts.
Responsible to deliver defects free parts to next customer.
Resolve all types of quality concerns related to press shop.
To keep all safety measures in force on shop floor.
Responsible for press parts inter unit transfer.
Break down reported on shop and its resolution with maintenance team.
Train workmen for J.H. /TPM.
Keep shop floor with 1s ,2s and 3s.
Responsible for Pokayoke, EN, pcrn, ppap implementation.
Manpower planning on press shop.
Fixed and variable cost control
Bench marking and study other plants.
Avoid recurrence by prompt actions.
