Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Skills / Competencies:

• PLC programing Make: Allen Bradley, Handson Control logix5000 software. Online diagnostic, Trouble shotting & program modification.
• VFD programming, backup restoration, tunning, online trouble shooting.
• HMI Programming – Handson FT View studio.
• ROBOT programming, touchup trouble shooting.
• Knowledge about Network Topology – Ethernet network, Device net Network.
• Handle TCF equipment’s - conveyors, Filling Machine, End of line equipment. Trouble shooting.

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Adherence machine availability.
• Corrective and Preventive Maintenance.
• CBM and TBM methodology for improving machine availability.
• Initiatives and improvements to have better machine availability.
• MFMEA for machine cause identification and rectification.
• Adherence of TPM methodology.
• Ensure compliance to system and processes in respect to areas in the department to deliver customer and market desirables.

Experience

3 - 5 years of relevant Work Experience

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic / Instrumentation / Electrical
