Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Maintain availability of PLC M/cs , Electronic equipment's in the Plant.
• Co-ordinate with OEM of M/c Tools and PLC system Suppliers for necessary support.
• Identify and conceptualise improvement projects in the areas of manufacturing facilities , maintenance support , cost reduction.
• Implement the manufacturing cost reduction activities through in-house Electronics Repairs.Support TPM Activities related to Relay circuits , PLC and Electronic M/cs and Equipment's.
• Strengthening the quality by supporting and improving No Fault Forward (NFF.
• Digitalization Implementation for improving the machine standards to meet Industry 4.0.
• Strengthening Pick-to-Light, MTTWU Concepts.Skill improvement activities for associates
