Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities (Seminar Closing & Job Distribution)

• Sales & Closing Support: Conducting research, building sales decks, leading prospective client calls, and sending pitches.
• Lead Management & Follow-up: Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for new customers.
• Action Tracking: Taking notes during meetings, creating action items, and ensuring follow-ups on deliverables.
• Workflow Optimization: Assisting with daily schedules, managing calendars, and coordinating between internal teams for project execution.
• Reporting: Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. 

Required Skills

• Communication: Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tools: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into actionable tasks.
• Technical Familiarity: Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and basic technical concepts.
