Construction / Site Supervisor

Role Summary:

Supervise daily site work, ensure quality, safety, material control, and timely progress as per project plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor day-to-day construction activities.
• Allocate work to labour and ensure productivity.
• Maintain work quality and follow drawings/specifications.
• Ensure safety compliance and PPE usage.
• Check and manage material delivery, usage, and stock.
• Prepare daily reports (progress, manpower, material).
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Handle labour attendance and discipline.

Qualifications:

• Diploma Civil preferred; ITI acceptable.
• 2–8 years site supervision experience.

Skills:

• Knowledge of drawings, measurements, materials, and safety.
• Basic MS Office/WhatsApp reporting.
• Leadership, communication, time management.
