Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Robot – Fanuc , Kuka Robot, Robotic Application – Spot welding,  Hemming ., Robot Programming & trouble shooting, Ability to resolve concern of Robot Periphery & Integration, Robotic Cycle Time Optimization, Trouble shotting of Robot Controllers, Robot Grippers

 

• Maintenance of other Equipment. (Body shop Equipment) - Adaptive Welding Controller – BOSCH, Robotic servo Gun – OBARA, Robotic sealer System-GRACO / SCA, Conveyor & Material handling system- WEVIN / ATS, Manual spot-welding Gun – NASH, Electro-pneumatic Fixtures & Its component, Co2 Welding / Brazing Machines – Lorch, ESAB, FRONIOUS/ Dent puller, Manual Sealer system, Pneumatic Tools, MFDC tools, Air Balancers, Spring Balancer, Slat Conveyors, Hydraulics & Pneumatic systems, Overhead Hoist, APC conveyors

 

• System – TPM, PM, TBM , CBM, PLC

Basic Knowledge of PLC programming & Controls trouble shooting.

Experience

06 - 10 years
