Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Conduting CFT meetings  for Localization projects & P24 Projects
2. De-bottlenecking & advocacy during project execution with all stake holders
3. Business case Preparation for Localization & Globalization Projects with Capex estimation. 
4.Maintaining MIS 
5.Engagement with suppliers - Domestic & overseas ( for Localization Projects) for feasibility study & development tracking 
6. Interacting with stake holders for localization projects implementation & tracking the progress 
7. Working out cost impacts for P24 & ZDT projects
8. Monitoring Dept. monthly inventory status & action planning to reduce the same
9. Dept. Monthly Tool kit preparation
10. Capex consolidation with commodities for capacity, de risking projects & get approval from senior management 
11. Monitoring P24 projects development tracking & weekly presentation to management. 

Experience

7-10 years

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

BE/B.Tech Mech, Automobile

General Requirements

Good knowledge of Tractor Casting, Forging, Tractor Proprietary (e.g. Tyres, wheel rims etc.) , Electrical (e.g. Lamps & wiring harnesses) & Sheet metal parts (skin panels/bracketories) & processes.  Analytical skills Problem solving skills Presentation skills Influncing CFT members for optimum performance De-bottlenecking issues & escalate at right time at right level Hands on with advance excel, Power point, MS Word, SAP , TEAM CENTRE and Cordys  Project Management skills Tractor Product Knowledge Budget estimation
