Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Candidate should be well versed in the area of following :
1. Product Costing expert and sound knowledge of material accounting
2. Material contribution & consumption analysis. (COP, COGS and analysis)
3. BOM analytics and triggers to management for variances . (rate, quantity, other variances)
4. EN/BOM Changes validation and impact calculation
5. Domestic & Import Parchase parts monthly analysis.
6. Analytics on rejections, forceful postings., Cost of Poor Quality.
7. Manufacturing & other Scrap Generation, Variance and Income analysis.
8. Conversion Cost working through system, routing, SKF maintainence and settlement of expenses.
9. New Product costing and profitability estimation 
10.Monthly Closing as per deadlines and identifying exceptional items in material and expenses, by way of proper analysis.
11.Periodic MIS to leadership team
12.Inventory monitoring , control and Analytics on Inventory Reduction (In Plant and Vendor Aid Inventory)
13.Non Moving and age-based inventory identification, develop strong MIS for its control and minimise the obsolesence
14.Perpetual Inventory /Annual Inventory, driving actions,
15.Digital and automation Initatives, RPA development, drive simplicity.
16.Periodic review of Standard SOPs, Policy documents and need based amendments.

5-7 years post post grad

I.C.W.A.I

General Requirements

'1.Should be able to effectively communicate with Operations and SCM
2.Should be able to Lead the team of Professionals and guide the the team members
3.Good communication skills 
4.Should be self starter, problem solver and coming up with innovative solutions

 

Functional COmpetencies - 
'1. Should be able to highlight exceptional items and improvement points based on trend analysis.
2.Tracking, monitoring and control of any abnormal postings to Cardex.
3.Proficency in Excel/Power BI / Power Query will be added advantage
4.SAP Profeciency
