Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Evaluate & execute store capacity enhancement & logistic cost saving 
2. Define/Validate packaging for all A,B C class of parts
3. Process mapping of internal material movement in plant to optimize manpower/Space.
4. EBOM& MBOM awareness & deriving storage planning from E BOM
5. Knowledge & implementation of IT base/ AI.Awareness of export CKD Packaging. 
6. Ensure sustenance & upgradation of existing SCPC logistics facilities.
7. Logistic best practice benchmarking from overall industries & implementation at FD to reduce footprint.
8. Trolley, lifting tackle design & development in project.
9. Understanding & execution experience in logistics facility - Storage & distribution on shop floor with optimization of floor space etc..

Qualifications

B. E /B.Tech / Diploma

General Requirements

1. Understand & possess good knowledge of different Mfg. process, preferably tractor or auto industry.
2. Basic knowledge of logistics like inventory norms, MHEs, Storage calculation
3. Knowledge of PFEP planning - Place for Every parts for each part with end to end mapping .
4. Know how of Auto CAD, Team centre & UG 6 to plan & prepare  shop layout involving process ,Material handling etc.
5. Awareness of  export CKD Packaging. 
6. Familiar with logistic process with sound exposure of execution in projects .Project monitoring in GANTT 
7. Knowledge of PFEP planning - Place for Every parts for each part with end to end mapping
