Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Process Issues/Quality issues Resolution related to Gear manufacturing
2. Awareness and knowledge of Gear Mfg Process with latest technology , cutting tool and gear micro geometries. .
3. Defect identification and root cause analysis
4. Rejection system-implementation of zero rejection concept
5.Tool & FOS cost reduction–initiatives for implementation and practice Improvement idea generation and implementation.
6.Interaction with all support functions and concern resolution with the help of CFT 
7. Generate Safe working culture  
8. Knowledge of quality systems  and adherence through review 
9. Implementation of  TPM in Machining 
10. Knowledgable of IMS , DCP,
Drive Productivity through regular reviews for indicators like OLE, OEE

BE Production/Mechanical/Automobile

General Requirements

Gear manufacturing process, like CNC Hard turning (Felsomat), OD grinding, ID grinding (Micromatic, NTC, PMT), Gear Honing (Prawema), Gear Grinding (Liebher) Programming, Setup and Tool Change / correction, Understanding of Fanuc ,  Siemens Controls and CNC programing. 1. Experience of Gear Mfg. process and production management
2. Use of Quality Tools
3. Knowledge of Cutting Tools, Latest trend in cutting tools & Machine tool.
4. Sound knowledge about Gear inspection & Gear microgeomery.
5. Knowledge about SPC, MSA & PFMEA.
6. TPM , 5'S' , DWM & system knowledge.
7. People Management / IR issue handling / conflict Management
8. Knowledge/working experience of Quality systems 
9.  Knowledge of Problem solving tools like DOE , QCstory, & PDCA approach.
