Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Focus on Transit quality, yard management, vehicle custody and defect free delivery to dealerships

• Co-ordination with Plant for shifting of vehicles and CT IN process review/ strengthen for proper vehicle checking and ensure no skipped cases.
• Training on CT IN process/Driver training (Internal & External)/Product Quality with MLL Team Yard management and proper vehicle parking mechanism handling.
• LTSM activity to be carried for yard vehicles in every 15 days Ensure timely BBND clearence & defect free vehicles CT OUT and no skipped cases from CT-IN.
• Ensure to inspect/Audit vehicles Quality before & after loading at Trailer by adhering the SOP.
• Transit tracking and unclean e-POD analysis and prepare concentration diagram and take up with Plant PVT and Customercare team.
• New initiatives/Cost optimization/data analytical skill.

Education Qualification

Diploma in Automobile/ Mechanical Engineering OR Degree in Automobile/ Mechanical Engineering, MBA

General Experience

10 years

Critical Experience

Techinical knowledge of vehicles/Logistics operations, yard management, BA handling and SOPs, Good CX, Ability to handle field queries and giving solution, Proactive Approach
