Deputy Manager- Paint Shop Production

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

To ensure PTCED output and its production related activities. To Control CED/Paint defects due to Process. To perform the various lab testing required for PTCED. To Coordinate and provide supporting hand to customers (Internal and External. To Monitor and control absenteeism online by planning of cell members leave. To find cost effective solution for the consumable Items by monitoring, suggesting, implementing I4 ideas/Kaizens. To create a conducive environment for safe and engaged working. To maintain safety of Equipment by monitoring safety interlocks. Hands on experience of handling PTCED line, Knowledge of Paint shop Equipment like spray guns, pumps, blowers, burners. Understanding of ED/Paint defects and Troubleshooting. Knowledge of Manufacturing process and Supplier processes. Knowledge of TPM. Knowledge of Quality tools and systems. Knowledge of Best practices in Industry

Diploma; Bachelor of Engineering – Paint technology
