Deputy Manager- Paintshop Maintenance

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Should have knowledge of electrical components, motor, relay, contactors, transformers, circuit breakers 

He should be hands on Siemens drive, SEW drive and movifit.

Maintenance of electrical panels.

He should know Paint shop processes like PT-CED, sealer and Topcoat processes

Handling of Siemens PLC, it’s programming and troubleshooting of existing logic in case of any issue.

He should have hands on experience in TIA Portal software.

He should have hands on experience in Networking like profinet, ethernet, device net, Modbus, can bus.

Hands on in server handling.

Hands in making power BI report, power app and SQL, WinCC, SCADA.

He should be able to read & understand electrical drawings thoroughly.

3-7 years

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

Diploma/BE 

General Requirements

Knowledge of Simens - PLC (Series 15), Knowledge of TIA Portal, knowledge Of Profinet, Scada, WinCC

SEW drives Movifit, Movitrac & Movidrive for conveyor operation is a must.
