Deputy Manager - SAM

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Handling the Receipt and Dispatch section, BIW, Vendor aid stores, and Paint and chemical stores.
  • Ensuring all transactions are done perfectly at the receipt and dispatch section, ensuring proper storage of bodies, timely supplies to internal customers, in BIW, Paint, and Chemical stores.
  • Ensuring truck turnaround time is as per goal.
  • Ensuring total material accountability in their area.
  • Ensuring zero Safety incidents in their area, training associates and officers on BBS2.
  • Ensuring FIFO in their area.
  • Implementing TPM as per the roadmap.
  • Ensuring the Scrap yard is maintained as per the guideline, and SPD requirement is fulfilled as defined.
  • Ensuring timely dispatch of rejections to suppliers.
  • Leveraging IT-enabled systems in their area.
  • Timely planning of resources in their area.
  • Possessing knowledge in Packing and trolley design.

Education Qualification

Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile / E&E
Bachelors of Technology in Mechanical / Automobile / E&E

The ideal candidate should have a general experience of buyer / procurement 5 - 8 years in the Manufacturing and Automotive industry.
