Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1.To monitor preventive and predictive maintenance progress as per schedule in his area of equipment in order to attain good customer satisfaction. 2.Good hands on knowledge of TCF Equipments like Filling M/C, Slat conveyors, RBT,WAM, EMS carrier, glass gluing robots, Smoke m/c, Showers. 3.Good knowledge and experience of electrical layout of above TCF equipments and its  components  cabinet,wiring plan, 4.Good knowledge and experience of above TCF Equiments  (hardware,software,parameter loading & programming) 5.Should have the good knowlwdge of Allen breadly make PLC,HMI,  & VFD   programming. 6. Hands on experience on wireless communication system.

General Requirements

•knowledge of TCF Equipments like Filling M/C, Slat conveyors, RBT,WAM, EMS carrier, glass gluing robots, Smoke m/c, Showers.etc
• Understanding of TCF  defects.
• Knowledge/skill of Allen breadly make PLC,HMI,  & VFD   programming and trouble shooting.
• Knowledge of TPM
• Knowledge TCF process material like Torquing, filling RBT,WAM
• Knowledge of Quality tools and systems
• Knowledge of PLC and it's SLD drawing.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes in TCF.
• Knowledge TCF Equipmtens Control Panel Cabinet and it's SLD drawing.
• Knowledge of RBT and WAM  Control Circuit.
• Knowledge of line and machine network architecture
