• Detail knowledge about your Diploma and Degree project. 

• Knowledge of Circuit diagram, 

• Symbol, Applications, function with brief Explanation of Diode, Capacitor, Transistor, Inductor, Amplifier, Oscillator, Resistor, Rectifier, inductor, Semiconductor, Relay, Cathode, Transformer.

• Knowledge about Electronics components, Electronics Devices. 

• Soldering & DE soldering Experience. Wiring Harness. PCB Soldering/ repairing. SMT line, 

• Difference between electric & Electronics.

• Integrated circuit (IC).

• Active & passive components.

• Basic knowledge of General PLC and SCADA

• Understanding the schematic diagram and performing the wiring Connections and soldering the components according to the design.

• Involving in failure analysis Testing, debugging.

• Assembling and soldering of contributing sub-assemblies.

• Assembled electronic parts together on an assembly line

• Assembled automotive parts on the WSM line Detected for physical defects to meet quality standards.

• Assembled automotive parts of the three wheeler, Electronic Fuel Injection EFI, Connectivity device etc.

• Design And Development Of PCB Inspection And Quality Control System

• Responsible For maintaining quality and final inspection

• Kaizen and Poka-Yoke 5S, Kaizen, Safety, Good communication skill Written & Verbal.
