Key Responsibilities:

• Site Management: Supervise electrical work on LT/HT sites, ensuring the team follows the project plan, specifications, and safety protocols.

• Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate a team of electricians and technicians, ensuring they are well-directed and have the required tools and materials for the job. • Quality Assurance: Ensure that electrical installations and systems meet required industry standards and quality expectations.

• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety standards and ensure workers adhere to safety procedures. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits. • Project Monitoring: Monitor project progress to ensure work is completed within the scheduled time frame and within budget.

• Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot any electrical issues that arise during LT/HT Site and propose solutions for any technical challenges. • Reporting: Report regularly to the Project Manager or Site Manager on the status of electrical works, including any issues or delays.

• Material Management: Ensure that necessary materials, tools, and equipment are available and well-maintained on-site. • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of electrical work performed, inspections, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

• Subcontractor Management: Manage subcontractors involved in electrical work and ensure their work meets company standards.
