Field Recruiter

• Source and recruit Quality Inspectors for automobile and electrical client companies
• Conduct field recruitment activities: plant visits, ITI colleges, local vendors, manpower markets, and walk-in drives
• Screen candidates for technical background (ITI/Diploma, quality experience, inspection knowledge)
• Explain job roles, site location, shifts, salary structure, and company policies to candidates
• Coordinate interviews, trade tests, and client selection processes
• Collect and verify candidate documents (ID, education, experience, bank details)
• Ensure timely joining and reduce candidate drop-outs
• Maintain daily recruitment MIS and hiring tracker
• Build and manage local sourcing networks (ITI institutes, references, contractors, consultants)
• Support deployment of selected Quality Inspectors at client locations

Skills Required:

• Experience in field or bulk hiring (automobile/manufacturing preferred)
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Willingness to travel extensively for sourcing
• Basic Excel / reporting knowledge
• Understanding of shop-floor / quality roles is an advantage
