Job Description

1.     Recruitment & Onboarding:

o  Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

o  Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, and candidate selection.

o  Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration of new hires into the company culture.

2.     

Training & Development:o  Identify training needs across departments and design development programs.

o  Organize and coordinate internal training sessions and external learning opportunities.

o  Track the effectiveness of training programs and employee development plans.

3.     

Performance Management:o  Develop and implement performance evaluation processes.

o  Work with department heads to ensure employees are regularly reviewed based on KPIs and KRAs.

o  Assist in developing Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for employee growth.

4.     

Employee Relations & Engagement:o  Serve as a key point of contact for employee relations issues.

o  Address and resolve employee conflicts and grievances.

o  Promote a positive and inclusive work environment through engagement activities, events, and recognition programs.

5.     

Policy Development & Compliance:o  Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations.

o  Ensure that the organization complies with all local, state, and federal regulations.

o  Manage disciplinary procedures and handle legal compliance, such as employee contracts and grievances.

6.     

Compensation & Benefits:o  Oversee payroll, compensation structures, and benefit programs.

o  Conduct salary benchmarking to ensure competitive employee compensation.

o  Administer benefits programs like health insurance, pensions, and wellness initiatives.

7.     

HR Metrics & Reporting:o  Maintain HR records and reports to analyze key HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, employee engagement, recruitment success).

o  Provide regular reports to senior management on HR activities and organizational health.

8.     

Workforce Planning

& Talent Management:o  Collaborate with leadership to forecast workforce needs and plan for talent acquisition.

o  Manage succession planning and career path initiatives.

o  Monitor employee retention strategies to reduce turnover and retain key employees.

9.     

Health, Safety, and Well-being:


o  Ensure that the workplace is compliant with occupational safety and health regulations.

o  Lead initiatives to improve employee well-being and mental health support.

10.  Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution:·      Foster positive employee relations by addressing and resolving workplace complaints within 2 days, promoting a harmonious work environment.
