HR Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced and proactive MBA (HR) professional with 3+ years of hands-on recruitment experience to manage end-to-end hiring and support core HR operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently closing positions and partnering with management for manpower planning.

✅ Key Responsibilities

🔹 Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage end-to-end recruitment for sales, marketing, operations, and support roles

Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and WhatsApp groups

Conduct HR screening interviews and shortlist candidates

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

Ensure timely closure of open positions

Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases

🔹 Onboarding & DocumentationHandle joining formalities and induction

Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documentation

Maintain employee records and HR files

🔹 HR Operations SupportAssist with attendance, leave management, and HR MIS

Support employee engagement initiatives

Ensure adherence to HR policies and basic compliance

🎓 QualificationMBA / PGDM in Human Resources

Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruitment & HR operations

🧠 Required SkillsStrong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle

Experience in bulk and lateral hiring

Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills

Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously

Hands-on experience with job portals & LinkedIn hiring

Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets

Basic knowledge of labor laws (preferred)
