HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Screening: Utilizing job boards, social media (LinkedIn), and databases to find talent; screening resumes and conducting phone/video interviews.
• Hiring Process Management: Designing job descriptions, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Candidate Experience: Serving as the main point of contact, providing updates, and managing communications.
• Onboarding: Managing the offer process, conducting background checks, and preparing new hire paperwork.
• Strategy: Developing recruitment strategies, analyzing talent trends, and attending career fairs. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Solid knowledge of labor laws and interview techniques.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field
