Key Responsibilities

• Returnable Packaging Strategy: Develop and implement operational planning strategies for reusable pallets, inserts, bins to optimize circulation and reduce loss.

• Asset Oversight: Track, monitor, and maintain packaging assets across suppliers, warehouses, and customer locations, also ensuring optimal utilization and lifecycle tracking.

• Project Coordination: Schedule and monitor projects to ensure timely execution and resource efficiency.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with departments like finance and operations to align planning and asset strategies.

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze performance metrics, forecast needs, and present insights to leadership.

• Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards

• Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement and introduce innovative planning methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Operations Management, or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in planning, asset management, or operations.

• Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and project management tools.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
