Manager - Casting (FD CDMM)

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Good Knowledge and experience of Casting components development (Foundry processes and Machining)
Drawing study and providing technical feedback to design team
Floating RFQ, TSO sign off with PCM and QS submission to SSU within timelines
Ensuring First time right development with PERT chart tracking
Exposure & Skills  in VPPAP actvities and closures
Scheduling of development parts and CDMM ownership parts.
Project Coordination for a Team at MRV.
Proto/RPT  Route Component Development . 
Material availability at MRV for Testing and validations Requirments. 
Commercial Acumen , Capex & Material cost

General Requirements

Good Casting development knowledge Drawing study and analysis Casting process knowledge VPPAP / APQP knowledge proficient in SAP, MS Excel and Powerpoint Good communication skills required for internal department, inter-department and with suppliers
