Manager - Demand Planning
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Order promising systems (BY preferred) along with knowledge of SAP Sales & Distribution & SAP Material Management, and Demand/ fulfillment module with a proven ability to coordinate across diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities –
- System Implementation & Support
- Oversee sustenance, configuration, testing, deployment, and hyper-care activities.
- Coordinate with Tech., Network, SAP & IT teams to ensure smooth system operations / integration.
- Manage allocation, promising and support to demand and supply planning systems / stakeholders to maintain sync across operations.
- Master data management, sustenance and, query resolution
- Driving efficiency and improvements across, allocation/promising /network management and planning processes
- Stakeholder Engagement- IT, TECH Teams, SAP, CC, OPNS, SOURCING
- Partner with business process owners, procurement team, Warehouse operation, Sales, Customer experience and IT teams to align solutions with enterprise goals.
- Collaborate with warehouse operations and sales teams to address constraint management and improve efficiency.
Key Deliverables
- Successful deployment / stabilization and monitoring of allocation and promising system
- Improved synchronization between Planning, supply chain, warehouse, and sales operations.
- Enhanced system compliance, performance, and stability.
- Hands-on experience with OP systems ,SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) Material Management (MM) module.
- Awareness and working knowledge of Blue Yonder – Order Promiser / DnF module will be added advantage
- Strong understanding of supply network management, planning, and allocation processes.
- Experience in system integration and cross-functional coordination.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills to engage with stakeholders effectively
- Strong analytical skills and comfortable with MS Office – Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Power Bi
- Good oral and written communication skill
