Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Sound Knowledge in Paint shop processes and its equipment.

Should have depth Knowledge in PT-CED Process system & it's utilities like DM plant,Soft water plant and ETP system.

Should have depth Knowledge in RO-DIP conveyor system,Rectifier system,Siemens PLC,Siemens Drive.SEW Drive & Movifit,Handling of Siemens PLC, it’s programming and troubleshooting of existing logic in case of any issue.

hands on experience in TIA Portal software. hands on experience in Networking like profinet, ethernet, device net, Modbus, can bus.Hands on in server handling.Hands in making power BI report, power app and SQL, WinCC, SCADA.He should be able to read & understand electrical drawings thoroughly.

Grooming and Enhancing Technical and function skills of officer through training. ABC analysis of spares and machines.

Ensure compliance to system and processes in respect to areas in the department to deliver customer and market desirables.

Benchmarking and implementation of world class technology for manufacturing.

Plan and ensure optimum utilisation of man and assets.

Initiating and Driving Cost Reduction Initiatives.

Preparing and Maintaining Monthly MIS.

CBM and TBM methodology for improving machine availability.

Knowledge of EHS and OHSAS.

Implementing Low cost automation for improving productivity.

Initiatives and improvements to have better machine availability.

Adherence of TPM methodology. Corrective and Preventive Maintenance. MFMEA for machine cause identification and rectification.

Breakdown reduction approach by using ECRS methodology. Quality Concerns resolution by QC Story methodology.

Actively participating in QCRT committee. Inspire, lead and ensure healthy relation at all times with customer, supplier and employees within and outside department.

To have better employee engagement in the department for fetching optimum results.

Spare parts planning and procurement. Budget planning (Capital as well as Revenue) and execution.

Responsible for keeping budget under control. Resource planning for the department
