PEL Underbody - Platform 6

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Ensuring tracking & De-bottleneck Engg Design releases (SOR, TSO, TKO, PR) on Time with Engg CFT    
2. Basic review of DMU packagings, concepts for concern resolutions meeting to TCP impact    
3. Active Interaction with  PPLs and CDMM team for part development timeline aligning to Build Plan    
4. Interaction with Plant & Launch Team to resolve TCF / Line concerns along with CFT    
5. Leading of Proto Builds along with CDMM, Proto & Engg CFT to ensure on-time Builds    
6. Actively monitor running of Validation, Fleet and RGA vehicles & ensure adhered uptime along with Build & Validation    
7. Support in Validation and RGA concerns tracking and resolution along with CFT    
8. Support in Service concerns tracking and resolution along with CFT    
9. Support in Plant concerns tracking and resolution along with CFT    
10. Support Build at different phase of programme    
11. Ensure tracking of EN / PR, EBOM, Installation drg release through PLM and track and coordinate other aggregate releases    
12. Participate in vehicle benchmarking, Vehicle Target setting and monitor the targets    
13. Participate in GNOVAC/ Vehicle quality audits

7 - 10 Yrs

B.E --> Mechanical, Automobile

General Requirements

1. Vehicle system level functioning/design of Commercial Vehicle Systems, Categories & Application    
2. Knowledge of Frame design and Key design principles of other aggregates    
3. Knowledge on manufacturing processes, plant assembly layouts    
4. Knowledge of SAM process    
5. Hand on experience on coordination with overall product development team including all aggregates, attributes, design and verification/validation    
6. Knowledge of product complexity/modularity management, manufacturing methods    
7. Knowledge of MPDS, APQP, DFMEA, DFA, DFM, DFS, QC Tools    
8. Knowledge of 8D
