Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

- Identification of potential suppliers for EV
- Floating RFQ & getting quotes
- SOR feasibility study & initial discussion with suppliers for HV parts like Motor Battery pack ,DC-DC converter ,Thermal system ,HV Charger & HV cables.
- Should be costing
- Technical synthesis of supplier-part matrix for decision making  and submission of quote synthesis
- Development of components through process planning, identification of required FTG & execution
- Process establishment & assembly line prove-out at supplier end
- APQP monitoring & VPPAP process completion
- Develop MIS for tracking progress, timelines, and issues.

Experience

5-10 Years

BE Electronics

- Ability to effectively handle Pressure and adapt to changes.
- Willingness to stay updated with the latest advancements in EV technology
- Strong analytical skills for identifying and solving issues efficiently

- SOR Feasibility study & initial discussion with suppliers & Technical Sign off
- Techno-Commercial - SBC & Quote Systhesis
- Ability to manage project timelines and deliverables
- Strong problem-solving abilities and data analysis capability
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams
- Proficient in MS Office

- Techno-Commercial - SBC & Quote Systhesis
- Knowledge of electric vehicle powertrain components, including batteries, electric motors, and control systems
- Knowledge of regional and international automotive regulations and industry standards, including safety and environmental standards.
- Knowledge of thermal management systems for batteries and electric motors to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Supplier Panel & VOB
- Basic knowladge of all commodity Part & process.
