Job Description
- Sales & Customer Service: Greet clients, understand needs, provide expert product info (diamonds, gold, gems), guide selection, and process sales/payments.
- Target Achievement: Meet individual and team sales goals, drive revenue, and contribute to showroom success.
- Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of jewellery types, designs, quality, pricing, and current market trends.
- Showroom Presentation: Keep displays neat, appealing, and well-organized; ensure merchandise is showcased effectively.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock counts, monitor levels, and report issues to ensure product availability.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build strong client relationships for repeat business, handle post-sale follow-ups, and resolve complaints professionally.
