Role OverviewMarco Express Pvt. Ltd. is hiring dynamic Sales Executives to drive mobile and electronics finance sales across retail outlets. The role involves customer interaction, product financing, and Value Added Services (VAS) selling.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit assigned retail shops dealing in mobile phones and electronics.
• Promote and sell mobile/electronics finance products.
• Explain product features, finance options, and EMI schemes to customers.
• Ensure mandatory selling of Value Added Services (VAS).
• Complete basic documentation at the shop level.
• Coordinate with internal teams for approvals and closures.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team performance.
• Eligibility & Skills Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Field sales or retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work on targets and incentives.
• Willingness to work in the outer market.
• Compensation Salary: ₹12,000 per month
• Outer Market Allowance: ₹10,000 per month
• Incentives: Performance-based (unlimited earning potential)
