Field Sales Executive /Manager – Real Estate / Construction Projects

Job Summary

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, coordinating with interested clients, and arranging site visits to show land / plots / projects. The role involves converting enquiries into bookings through regular follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through field activities, references, and site presence
• Contact interested clients and understand their requirements
• Arrange and accompany clients for land / plot / project site visits
• Explain project details such as location, layout, pricing, and approvals
• Coordinate with office team for bookings and documentation
• Regular follow-up with prospects till deal closure
• Maintain daily lead and site visit reports
• Assist in negotiations and closing deals

Requirements & Skills

• 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• 1–3 years experience in real estate or field sales
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Comfortable interacting with walk-in and field-generated leads
• Willingness to travel for site visits
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license mandatory
• Preferred Candidate Experience in land, plot, or real estate project sales
• Local area knowledge is a strong advantage
• Target-driven and customer-focused
