Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and position the company for competitive advantage.
• Revenue Growth: Drive sustainable revenue growth through effective planning, forecasting, and execution of sales initiatives.
• Leadership & Team Management: Build, lead, and motivate high-performing sales teams, setting clear targets and fostering a strong sales culture.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with C-suite (CEO, CFO, CMO) to align sales efforts with marketing, finance, and overall business goals.
• Data & Analytics: Use data analytics to assess sales performance, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee sales operations, resource allocation, and the implementation of sales technologies (like CRM). 

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven track record in senior sales leadership, managing large or global teams, and complex sales cycles.
• Leadership: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and inspirational leadership skills.
• Technical Acumen: Proficiency with CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect sales tactics to long-term business vision.
• Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of budgets, forecasting, and performance metrics. 

Key Relationships

• Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
• Collaborates with: CEO, CFO, CMO, other C-suite executive
